Kent Burkhardsmeier

Kent grew up surrounded by the beautiful, vast, and open landscape of North Dakota. He developed an appreciation for the simpler aspects of life and explored the outdoors. This led him to start photographing the beauty of nature around him and uncovered a passion to travel.

 College and a successful business career provided Kent opportunities to explore and live in places far from home: Colorado, Florida, Texas, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Italy, and the UK. He has come to appreciate nature and all that if offers an artist, allowing him to express himself for others to enjoy, in fact, through his exquisite photography, Kent invites you to "Invite nature inside." 

Kent's work has been recognized in numerous exhibits and publications; and he combines his mastery of the photographic method with his own exquisite poetry in published works, "Stillness: Whispers from Nature" and "Awareness: Whispers from Nature."
